Mailbox Keys:
The association is not responsible for mailbox key distribution. The previous owner should give you the mailbox keys at close of escrow.
Pool / Tennis Court Keys:
Please contact the Association for pool keys. Additional keys may be purchased for $30.00 each.
Gate Key / Transmitter:
Please contact the Association for gate remotes.
Assessment Due Date:
The assessment fee is due monthly on the first day of the month.
Assessment Late Date:
The assessment is late on the 15th of the month it is due.

ARC Requirements:
All new construction and all exterior changes, including landscaping to existing structures must be submitted to and approved by the ARC prior to commencement of work.
